Nikola Gmajnic has a diverse work experience, starting as a Co-founder and Lead Engineer at Delpro d.o.o. from March 2005 to May 2010. Nikola then joined MOBILISIS d.o.o. as a Hardware R&D department manager from May 2010 to October 2014. Currently, Gmajnic is working at SES-imagotag as the Head of Embedded Software development since March 2022, where they previously worked as an Embedded Software Developer from February 2015 to March 2022.

Nikola Gmajnic obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sveučilište Sjever / University North, from 2000 to 2005.
