Kulbir Singh Grewal has a diverse range of work experience, spanning over several years. Kulbir singh started their career at NMDC Limited, where they held roles such as Junior Manager - Maintenance and Junior Officer - Mechanical from 1994 to 1998. Kulbir singh then joined Exide Industries Limited as a Zonal Sales Manager - Industrial Sales and Mechanical Engineer, where they demonstrated their skills in strategic planning and brand building until 2014. From 2014 to 2019, they worked at IFB Industries Ltd as the All India Head - Stabilizer Sales. After that, they joined UTL SOLAR as the VP Channel Sales in 2019. Currently, they serve as the VP of Sales at Servotech Power Systems Limited, starting from 2021.

Kulbir Singh Grewal attended Gulbarga University from 1988 to 1992, where they pursued a degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical studies.
