Stephen's career began in the Singapore Armed Forces, where responsibilities included roles as Elect Tech from June 2001 to December 2010. Stephen holds a Diploma in Electronics and a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ngee Ann Polytechnic, completed between 1997 and 2000.
