Marcus Wagner is a highly experienced professional in the field of consulting and IT service management, currently serving as a Principal Consultant at SERVIEW since October 2011, where Marcus is also a member of the strategy board. Previously, Marcus held the role of Managing Consultant at expertplace advisory GmbH from 2009 to September 2011, specializing as an ITIL® Leadtrainer and in strategic IT consulting. Prior to that, Marcus worked at arxes consulting gmbh as a Consultant from August 2007 to October 2009, and at arxes NCC AG from February 2005 to July 2007, where responsibilities included ITIL® training and process consulting. Marcus Wagner's educational background includes a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Organizational and Information Management from Hochschule Niederrhein, complemented by studies at the University of Cologne and the University of Münster.
