Dawn Castillo Harper has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Dawn Castillo is currently working as the Legal Director - Brand Strategy & Market Access at Servier Pharmaceuticals since October 2023. Previously, from September 2021 onwards, they held the position of President at Disability Law Center. Dawn Castillo also served as the Secretary from September 2019 to September 2021 and as a Board Member from September 2016 to September 2019 at the same organization.

Before that, from December 2020 to October 2023, Dawn worked as the Associate Director, U.S. Commercial, U.S. Market Access, & Global Medical Affairs Legal Counsel at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc., which was later acquired by AstraZeneca. Dawn Castillo also served as the Legal Counsel at Philips from September 2018 to December 2020.

Their earlier experience includes working at Thermo Fisher Scientific as Works from 2016 to 2018 and at State Street as Legal Counsel and Vice President from 2014 to 2016. Dawn Castillo also served as a Board Member for the Young Lawyers Division at the Massachusetts Bar Association from 2013 to 2016.

In the early stages of their career, Dawn worked as a COC Associate Attorney at Fidelity Investments, where they counseled business units on various legal matters and handled regulatory litigation and client disputes from 2011 to 2013. Dawn Castillo also worked as a Contract Broker/Dealer Paralegal at Bingham McCutchen for a brief period in 2011.

Dawn started their legal career as a Summer Associate at Mitchell, Williams, Selig, Gates & Woodyard, P.L.L.C. in 2009.

Dawn Castillo Harper has a Juris Doctor degree from Stetson University College of Law, where they completed the International Law Program in London, England. Dawn Castillo also obtained a B.A. degree in Political Science and Business Administration from Baylor University. Additionally, they have a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, William H. Bowen School of Law.
