Abbey Wolff has over a decade of experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Abbey'smost recent role is as the Director, Human Resources Business Partner R&D and ExM at Servier Pharmaceuticals, where they oversee a group of around 250 employees and is responsible for setting and executing strategic people agendas. Prior to this, they worked as the Director, Head of Talent at TCR² Therapeutics Inc., where they developed and implemented talent strategies as the company entered clinical and manufacturing operations. Abbey was also the Associate Director Talent Acquisition & HR at CAMP4 Therapeutics, focusing on scaling R&D, Data Sciences, and G&A functions. Earlier in their career, they held various roles in talent acquisition and management at Merck KGaA, Philips, Xerox, Kelly IT Resources, Ajilon Nederland, Madison Parker International, and Adecco Employment Services. Abbey has a strong track record of achieving hiring goals, optimizing talent functions, and improving employer branding and employee engagement.
Abbey Wolff obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on International Business from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Management- Human Resources from DePaul University in 2011. Additionally, Abbey has obtained a certification in Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn in 2022.
