Kris Anderson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning several decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Servicon since September 2016, Kris is responsible for developing HR policies, managing employee relations in union and non-union settings, and training supervisors. Prior roles include Senior Human Resources Manager at Spin Master Inc., where Kris established the US HR department and led HR integration during a significant company acquisition.
