Chris Nicol is an experienced Electrical Engineer with a robust background in developing collaborative solutions for educational technology at SMART Technologies since July 2010. Currently focused on the hardware development of DViT interactive whiteboards and educational accessories, Chris has previously contributed as a Firmware Engineer at the same company. Prior experience includes electronics design and repair for the Science Alberta Foundation, serving as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Calgary, and working as an Electronics Engineer at Grindcom, where responsibilities encompassed control systems development for forestry industry applications. Chris holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Calgary and a B.Tech. in Electronics Engineering from DeVry Institute of Technology.
