Michelle Ramos has held several roles throughout their work experience. Michelle started their career in 2006 as a Business Development Officer at SMS, where they worked until 2008. In 2010, they joined ISS Facility Services Philippines as a Business Development Manager and later became the Sales, Business Development, and Marketing Manager at ISS A/S, a position they held until 2017. Finally, in 2017, they joined Servicio Filipino, Inc. as the Vice President.

Michelle Ramos obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Computer Applications from Dela Salle University - College of Saint Benilde from 1996 to 2000. Prior to that, they attended Manresa School for their secondary education and received a High School/Secondary Diploma and Certificate from 1984 to 1996. In 2004, they pursued further education at the International Academy of Management and Economics, where they obtained an MBA in Management for the duration of that year. In addition to their formal education, Michelle acquired a Professional Certificate in Facilities Management from the National Engineering Center at UP Diliman in March 2015.
