Megan Bunfield is currently the General Manager of Technology Business Management at Services Australia. Megan has over fifteen years of experience working in the Australian government, specifically in the Department of Human Services and Medicare Australia.

In their most recent role at the Department of Human Services, Megan was responsible for Platform as a Service (PaaS). In this role, they oversaw the department's transition to cloud-based infrastructure and applications. Prior to this, they spent three years at Medicare Australia as the Director of ICT Strategic Projects. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of project managers and business analysts to deliver ICT projects across the organisation.
