Subatra Veeriah has over two decades of experience in the software and IT sectors, beginning as an IT Program Head Lecturer at Olympia Business School in 1999. Subsequently, Subatra served as a System Analyst at Celcom from 1999 to 2006, focusing on online provisioning. From 2007 to 2016, Subatra worked at IBM Tivoli Software as a Software Engineer, holding positions such as TIP APAC/EMEA Product Lead and Wireless L2 Lead for Tivoli Netcool Performance Manager. Currently, since January 2017, Subatra has been with ServiceRocket as a Technical Content Manager and a Senior Application Support Engineer, collaborating with internal teams to enhance technical content for enterprise clients.
