Mark Redmond

QA Manager at ServicePower

Mark Redmond started their work experience in 2010 with GBG Plc, where they worked as a Software Tester from October 2010 to December 2014. Mark then moved on to the role of Test Analyst from December 2014 to April 2016, and later became a Test Lead from April 2016 to March 2018.

In 2018, Mark joined ServicePower as a QA Lead in March and was then promoted to the position of QA Manager in January 2019, where they are currently working.

Mark Redmond attended De Montfort University from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Games Programming. Mark also has a certification in ISEB Foundation Software Testing from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board, although the specific month and year of completion are unknown.
