Skye Lei, PE, currently serves as a Senior Program Manager for Environmental Sustainability at ServiceNow, focusing on developing and expanding sustainability initiatives with an emphasis on decarbonization. Prior to this role, Lei was an Associate Director at Anthesis Group, managing climate-focused projects and client relationships aimed at helping organizations transition to Net Zero, and previously held roles including Principal Consultant and Sustainability Analyst. Lei has built a strong foundation in sustainability through various positions, including Program Manager at NORESCO and Energy Engineer at Newcomb | Anderson | McCormick. Academic credentials include an MBA in Sustainability & Social Justice from Presidio Graduate School, a Master’s in Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor’s in General Engineering from Harvey Mudd College. Additionally, Lei co-launched the Rainbow Collection at Anthesis to support LGBTQ+ employees.
