Sheri Kahn is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in product and solutions marketing across various leading companies. Currently serving as Vice President of Product and Solutions Marketing for Customer and Employee Experience and Customer and Industry Workflows at ServiceNow since April 2021, Sheri previously held the position of SVP Product & Industry Marketing at Medallia from January 2018 to August 2020. Earlier roles include Vice President of Product Marketing for Marketing Cloud at Salesforce, where responsibilities encompassed positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and strategic initiatives. Sheri also led pricing strategy at Salesforce and demonstrated significant growth as Vice President and General Manager at Simply Hired. Additional experience includes senior leadership positions at Visa, Charles Schwab, Levi Strauss, and Abilizer Solutions, along with a consulting role at Monitor Company. Sheri holds an MBA in Finance & Strategic Management from The Wharton School and a BA in Regional Science from the University of Pennsylvania.
