Shannon M. possesses extensive experience in global alliances and account management, currently serving as Senior Director of Global Alliances at ServiceNow since April 2020. Prior roles include Alliance Sales Director for Dell Technologies from April 2015 to April 2020, where leadership was demonstrated in both global alliances and technology partnerships. Shannon M. also held positions at EMC from March 2011 to April 2015 as a Global Account Manager and Account Executive. Previous experience includes serving as Strategic Account Executive at Sungard Availability Services from January 2005 to March 2011, contributing to information availability solutions, and as Major Account Executive at Ensim Corporation, which specialized in virtualization software.
