Roman Yakymechko, PMP, is a Senior Software Engineering Manager at WideOrbit since August 2019, bringing extensive experience from previous roles at EPAM Systems, LvivTransGas, and Fine Soft Studio. At EPAM Systems, Roman managed a program of over five projects with a team of more than 20 individuals, successfully launching four major products while maintaining high team retention and exceptional customer satisfaction. Roman's earlier positions include Lead Software Engineer, where leadership of a team focused on core grid UI components was key, and Senior Software Engineer, contributing significantly to advertisement and billing management solutions. Roman holds an MSc in Computer Science from Lviv Polytechnic National University and a BSc in Engineering from Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas.
