Kyle Hoganson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in analytics and business intelligence, currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Planning & Analytics at ServiceNow since March 2020. In this role, Kyle oversees the C&P Self-Service Reporting and Business Intelligence team, delivering valuable insights to various teams within the organization. Prior to this, Kyle held positions including Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager at Verve, where automated reporting and performance dashboards were developed to enhance operational efficiency and improve margins. Kyle's earlier roles include positions at Elon University and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, further reinforcing analytical expertise.
