Jerome L. is an experienced quality engineering professional with a robust background in the technology sector. Currently serving as Director of Quality Engineering at ServiceNow since October 2015, Jerome L. leads the development of security applications and interfaces with multiple teams to address enterprise challenges. Prior to this role, Jerome L. held various positions at Hewlett-Packard from September 2008 to September 2015, including Quality Engineering Manager and InnoCoach, driving product innovation and managing engineering teams. Jerome L. also has experience as a J2EE Developer at Strategic Systems Solutions and a QA engineer in an earlier role at Hewlett-Packard.
