Eric Kropp has held various sales and business development roles throughout their career, starting from their time at Lafayette College where Eric earned a BA in Business. Eric has worked for companies such as CBRE, JAMS, Cybersettle Inc., Sun Microsystems, The Ergonomic Group, EMC, and currently with ServiceNow. In their current role at ServiceNow, Eric serves as the Group Vice President for US Commercial Sales. Additionally, Eric is an Advisory Board Member for Sales Community.
