Dale James has extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly with ServiceNow, where Dale has held roles as Executive Architect and Principal Solution Architect since June 2012. Prior to this, Dale worked as an Independent ServiceNow Consultant from 2009 to 2013, serving as a Solutions Architect/Developer. Additional experience includes a Senior Consultant position at Fruition Partners from 2011 to 2012 and at Nashco Consulting Ltd. from 2009 to 2011, both in contract roles. Earlier in the career, Dale was a Systems Analyst at Intrawest ULC from 2006 to 2009 and an Engineer at Business Objects from September 2004 to February 2006. Dale’s career began as a Senior Technical Infrastructure Developer at HBOS from 2001 to 2004.
