Brett Drake is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in platform architecture and service delivery. Currently serving as Principal Platform Architect at ServiceNow since February 2022, Brett has previously held key leadership roles, including ServiceNow Practice Lead for the Americas at Evora IT Solutions and Director and Delivery Lead at Optum. With a strong background in ServiceNow, Kofax Capture, and Enterprise Content Management, Brett has successfully managed complex projects and provided solutions that align with clients' business needs. Earlier roles at Medtronic, Marco, Dynamic Solutions Group, IKON Office Solutions, and Spalon Montage further solidified Brett's expertise in developing and implementing integrated software solutions. Brett's educational foundation includes a degree from the University of St. Thomas, with prior studies at Chisago Lakes High School.
