Ajitha Rajasekhar is an experienced Senior Operations Manager at ServiceNow since November 2017, previously serving as Operations Manager and Service Delivery Manager at Microsoft from March 2014 to October 2017. Prior roles include various managerial positions at CSC from April 2005 to February 2014, including Service Assurance Manager and Lead, Service Desk. Ajitha's career began at Deloitte as a Knowledge Analyst from 2003 to 2005 and included a role as a Technical Writer at Oxygen Networks Pvt. Ltd. from September 2001 to December 2002.
