Raihanul Islam completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Dhaka. Raihanul attended the university from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Studies from the University of Dhaka, attending from 1998 to 2003. Raihanul also obtained an HSC degree in Commerce from Dhaka College, studying there from 1995 to 1997.
In addition to their formal education, Raihanul Islam has obtained several certifications. Raihanul completed a certification in "Human Resource Management: HR for People Managers" from the University of Minnesota in December 2021. In November 2020, they obtained a certification in "Managing Employee Compensation" and "Managing Employee Performance" from the same institution. In October 2020, they obtained a certification in "Recruiting, Hiring, and Onboarding Employees" from the University of Minnesota. Prior to that, in August 2020, they completed a certification in "Preparing to Manage Human Resources" from the University of Minnesota. In July 2020, they obtained a certification in "Work Smarter, Not Harder: Time Management for Personal & Professional Productivity" from the University of California, Berkeley. In June 2020, they completed certifications in "An Introduction to Human Experience Management (HXM)" and "People Analytics and Evidence-Based Management" from SAP.
