Md Taufique Maeen Uddin has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the IT and technology industry. In 2000, they began their career as a Software Engineer at Dohatec New Media, where they developed and implemented desktop software. Md Taufique then moved on to Grameenphone Ltd in 2001, where they served as Deputy Manager and later Deputy Director, leading teams and overseeing the Telecom BSS Applications portfolio.

In 2005, Md Taufique joined banglalink as Deputy Director and was responsible for managing the Telecom BSS Applications portfolio. Md Taufique also participated in the McKinsey Management Program, which further developed their leadership skills and knowledge in management concepts.

From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Consultant at DevoTech, providing digital transformation consultancy services and building strategic partnerships with technology solution providers.

In 2019, they joined BRAC as the Head of Technology for the Microfinance Programme. In this role, they led a team and oversaw all technology development and implementation aspects. Md Taufique also collaborated with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

Most recently, Md Taufique worked as a Freelance IT Consultant, undertaking various projects in sectors such as healthcare, BPO, and software parks. Md Taufique demonstrated skills in organization design, IT staffing, market analysis, and strategic planning.

In 2023, they will take on the position of CIO at SEBPO, where they will continue to apply their expertise and contribute to the organization's success.

Md Taufique Maeen Uddin obtained an Executive M.B.A. in Finance, General from Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP) from 2009 to 2010. Prior to that, they earned an Engineer's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Khulna University, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
