Elaine Sibley has extensive work experience in various roles at ServiceNet Inc. and ServiceNet spanning from 2005 to the present. Elaine currently holds the position of Senior Director of Operations/Director of Quality at SERVICENET INC since 2020. Prior to this role, Elaine served as the Director of Quality and Licensing and Quality Assurance Auditor at ServiceNet Inc. from 2012 to 2019. Elaine also worked as the Human Rights Coordinator at ServiceNet Inc. from 2012 onwards. Before joining ServiceNet Inc., Elaine worked at ServiceNet as the Director of Operations, starting in 2005. Elaine transitioned to the role of Program Manager in 2005, which they held until 2012.

Elaine Sibley attended Greenfield Community College from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching. Elaine then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mount Holyoke College from 1999 to 2001.
