Randy Larson has held a variety of positions since 2002. RANDY began as Owner of Avalanche Fitness in 2002, then became Partner at HomeDeal4U in 2010. In 2014, they became Principal Owner of Southern Salt Investments, LLC, where they specialized in the most extremely undervalued homes across the country. In 2017, they founded ServiceHerd, and in 2020 they became Principal Owner of ERE Power Florida. Most recently, in 2021, they became Vice President of Sales at Earth Right Mid-Atlantic.

Randy Larson obtained a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology from UCF between 1993 and 1999.
