Miika Varjonen has been working in the field since 2007. Miika started as a Financial Advisor at Alexandria Pankkiiriliike Oyj in 2007. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Pappila Penkkala Group, first as an Account Manager and then as an Account Director. In 2017, they joined Visma as a Sales Director. Miika'scurrent roles are Chief Revenue Officer and Country Director at Serviceform, which they have held since 2020.

Miika Varjonen has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School, which they obtained between 2019 and 2021.
