Iranthi Gomes has had a varied work experience. From 2011 to 2014, they worked as an Assistant Store Manager at Aussie Spices Asian Grocery Store and then as an Apprentice in Hospitality at Atlantic Group ® in 2015. In 2016, they founded Inventshift.com, an online community raising awareness for social enterprise, ethical businesses and conscious buying. In the same year, they also became a Kairos Fellow at Kairos Society. In 2017, they became the Co-Founder & CEO at Serviceform, a company that helps regular companies grow by engaging their website visitors with simple and effective digital tools. Additionally, they were the Founder & Marketing Manager at Wheelys Melbourne, a fully functional cafe on Wheels specialising in thick chocolate and coffee. In the same year, they were also the Community Service Director 2013/14 at Rotaract Club of Achievers Lanka Business School.
Iranthi Gomes obtained a Pearson VUE Certified Test Administrator certification from Pearson VUE in 2012. Iranthi then went on to pursue a Diploma in Information Technology (Business Systems) from Federation University Australia, which they completed in 2015. In 2015, they began an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Management at Holmesglen, which they completed in 2017. In addition, they obtained a Certificate in Management Accounting from The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.
