Leum Fahey has extensive experience in product management, currently serving as Principal Product Manager at ServiceChannel since January 2017, having previously held the role of Senior Product Manager. Prior to ServiceChannel, Leum worked at A. Cook Associates, Inc. from May 1999 to January 2017 as a Service Manager, where the company was recognized as a leading provider of facilities management software for the supermarket sector. Leum holds an Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Vermont Technical College, earned between 1997 and 1999.
