Ken Chow is an experienced technology professional with extensive background in engineering management, operations, and support across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at ServiceChannel since October 2014, Ken leads the SRE Team, focusing on system availability, performance monitoring, incident resolution, and infrastructure management on Azure and AWS.
