Christina Wong is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in both finance and sales operations. Currently serving as the Finance & Sales Operations Manager and previously as a Finance & Sales Operations Analyst at Serviceaide, Inc. since May 2018, Christina has contributed to the company's innovative approach to IT Service Management utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning. Earlier experience includes finance internships at WGSigma Systems, Inc., where a five-year financial model was developed for a software service acquisition, and at Keating Consulting Group, where consolidation of client deadlines and facilitation of company meetings enhanced communication. Christina holds a Master of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Planning from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
