Tommy Notario is an experienced culinary professional with a diverse background in food service operations. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine and Food Service Operations Manager at Service Systems Associates since December 2015, Tommy has previously held positions including Sous Chef at Sarentos Top of I and Sarentos Top of Ilikai Hotel from December 2013 to December 2015.
