Lura Migdal has extensive experience in operations and catering management within the hospitality industry. As the District Manager of Operations at Service Systems Associates since February 2015, Lura has overseen various operational aspects of the business. Prior roles include fulfilling the position of Retail and Culinary General Manager and Culinary General Manager at Monterey Bay Aquarium, where strategic management and culinary oversight were key responsibilities. Lura's earlier career includes serving as the Director of Catering at the InterContinental The Clement Monterey and the Director of Sales, Catering, and Marketing at Beach Resort Monterey. Lura's educational background includes studies at Monterey Peninsula College between 1998 and 2000.
