Dean Dammarell serves as the General Manager at Service Steel Aerospace since August 2014, focusing on growing market share and enhancing productivity in the Northeast through team empowerment and customer trust. Prior to this role, Dammarell held positions in outside sales and regional sales at Carpenter Technology, where a significant territory expansion was achieved. Initial experience included an account executive role at Ricoh Business Systems, recognized for outstanding sales achievements in Washington, and a brief tenure in shoe sales at Nordstrom. Dammarell holds an MBA from Northwest University and a BA in Economics from the University of Washington, complemented by a sales-oriented education at the UW Foster School of Business.
