Matt Jurski is an experienced Plant Manager currently overseeing operations at Service Spring Corp since October 2018 and at The McAlear Group, Inc. since March 2017. In these roles, Matt Jurski focuses on managing operation and maintenance plans, inventory control, budgeting, and continuous improvement within the drain cable division. Prior to these positions, Matt Jurski served as the Human Resource Manager and Safety Manager at Ventower Industries, where initiatives aimed at promoting safety were implemented. Matt Jurski also held various roles at Johnson Controls, including High Performance Work Team Director, and gained extensive experience at North Star BlueScope Steel, where responsibilities spanned from Rolling Mill Shift Team Leader to Behavioral Audit Coordinator. Matt Jurski holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Bluffton University and an Honors Associates in Business Management Technology from The University of Toledo.
