Dianhdra Howell-Erasmus is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in workforce management and customer service strategy. Since September 2009, Dianhdra has served as the Managing Director at Manpower 4U & Consultancy, focusing on enhancing productivity and efficiency for businesses during market transitions. Additionally, from 2015, Dianhdra works as a Customer Service Facilitator and Strategist, certified to develop exceptional customer service practices through employee training. Prior experience includes a role as a researcher and past PhD candidate at Leiden University Medical Center, where Dianhdra resigned to pursue entrepreneurial endeavors after returning to Aruba. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Applied Science in Molecular Biology and Pathology, a Post Academic Certificate in Nephropathology, and certification in Customer Service Management.
