Mario Yousif is an experienced program and project manager with a comprehensive background in project management and customer service. Currently serving as a Program Manager at Service NSW since March 2017, Mario has also held various roles including Project Manager, Department Liaison Officer, Project Coordinator, Team Leader, and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Mario worked as a Customer Service Representative at Fastway Couriers and as a Long Life Team Member at Woolworths Supermarkets. Mario holds a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Swinburne University of Technology, completed in 2021, and pursued further education at Western Sydney University from 2015 to 2017.
