Bradley Schneider has extensive work experience in the manufacturing and supply chain industry. Bradley is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at Service Metal Products since April 2021. From January 2016 to January 2018, Bradley served as a Business Unit Manager, leading a team of six supervisors and 160 employees. Bradley demonstrated improved safety, delivery, and productivity, resulting in $9 million in profit improvement. Their last role at John Deere was as an Operations Manager from January 2018 to January 2020.

Bradley Schneider completed their Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management from Washington University in St. Louis in the years 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Welding Engineering Technology/Technician from Ferris State University from 2004 to 2008.
