Fernando Raupp began their work experience at IBM Brazil in 1990 as a Pre-sales and Services professional. Fernando worked there until 1995. In 1995, Fernando became the Owner and Technology VP at Service IT Solutions, where they are currently employed.

Fernando Raupp holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul, which they obtained from 1990 to 1992. Fernando further pursued an MBA in Business Management at FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas during 1998 to 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul from 1986 to 1990.
