Roanna Sova is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technical support and management. Currently serving as an Application Support and Technical Engineer at Service Lloyds Insurance Company since October 2020, Roanna previously worked as a Wix Customer Care representative for a brief period in September to October 2020. Prior experience includes a significant tenure at eMDs from May 2013 to July 2020, where Roanna excelled as a Support Supervisor responsible for the integrity and security of electronic health records, along with overseeing staff in the medical records service department.
