Lauren Valentine is a seasoned professional in data management and community engagement with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Database Specialist at SEIU since March 2023, Lauren previously held the position of Senior Data Services Manager at Planned Parenthood Federation of America, where responsibilities included providing support to affiliates, managing a program for 120 data leaders, and conducting customized training sessions. Prior to this role, Lauren coordinated volunteer engagement at Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington, DC, and led anti-hunger initiatives as the Anti-Hunger Opportunity Corps VISTA Lead at Hunger Free America. Earlier experiences include initiatives with the Idaho Hunger Relief Task Force, conducting research at Boise State University's Gender Equity Center, and developing curriculum for financial literacy at the International Rescue Committee. Lauren holds a Bachelor's Degree in Social Work and Criminal Justice from Boise State University.
