Lane Charles has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Service Corporation International since February 2012. Responsibilities include full-cycle recruitment for various corporate roles across multiple functions such as Accounting, Finance, and Marketing. Previously, Lane held positions such as Manager of Talent Acquisition and Corporate Recruiter, along with experiences in college recruitment and program management. Before joining Service Corporation International, Lane worked as a Credit Coordinator and Department Team Lead at Lowe's Home Improvement from January 2005 to February 2012. Lane holds a Bachelor's of Arts in History from the University of Houston and an Associate of Science from Lone Star College.
