Melissa Shumaker is an experienced professional in talent development and supports planning, currently serving as a Talent Development Partner at Service Coordination Inc since January 2020, where responsibilities include training, onboarding, and program development. Prior positions include Supports Planner at Medical Management and Rehabilitation Services, Inc., Intake Specialist at Potomac Case Management Services, and Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for the State of West Virginia. Melissa holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Lewis & Clark College, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oregon, and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Health Care Administration at Frostburg State University.
