Rachel Bernini has a diverse and extensive work experience in the social work field. Rachel began their career in 2003 at Lehigh County as a Caseworker and later became a Casework Supervisor. During their tenure at Lehigh County, they demonstrated strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and supervise a team. In 2012, Rachel joined Service Access & Management, Inc. where they held two positions. Rachel first served as the Deputy Director of Supports Coordination, where they utilized their expertise in coordinating and providing support services to individuals in need. Currently, Rachel holds the position of Director of People Operations, where they oversee all aspects of human resources and ensures that the organization's staffing needs are met. Throughout their career, Rachel has shown dedication, professionalism, and a commitment to making a positive impact in the lives of others.

Rachel Bernini, DSW, LSW has an extensive education history in the field of social work. Rachel obtained their Doctoral Degree in Social Work from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, where they studied from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Master's degree in Social Work at Marywood University from 2005 to 2008. Rachel earned their Bachelor's of Science degree in Health and Human Development from Penn State University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003.

In addition to their academic achievements, Rachel Bernini has also obtained several certifications. Rachel received a Human Services Management Certificate in 2020 from Millersville and Kutztown University. Furthermore, they obtained the LSW (Licensed Social Worker) certification in 2015 from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of State Bureau of Professional and Occupational Affairs.
