Rodney Green has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Rodney started their career at BNP Paribas as a Senior Dealer and Stock Transfer Team Leader. Rodney then moved on to Ingenious Media, where they served as an Investment Team Leader, supporting the Director of Investments and New Business. At Future Capital Partners, Rodney worked as the Head of Sales Administration, leading a team responsible for project launches and closures. Following this, they founded their own company, Greenhouse Project Management Limited, where they served as a Director, providing end-to-end project management services for various businesses. Currently, Rodney is employed at Serversys, first as a Senior Project Manager and later as the Key Account Director, overseeing client relationships and building strong connections with strategic customers.

Rodney Green attended Eastfield High School from 1981 to 1988, but did not receive a degree or study any specific field. Rodney also obtained the certification of Certified EU General Data Protection Regulation Practitioner (GDPR) from Me Learning Ltd in 2017. Additionally, Rodney has a certification in Microsoft Sure Step, but the institution and year of completion are unknown.
