Joana Garcia is an experienced legal professional with a strong background in team leadership and legal management. Currently serving as Team Leader Legal at SERVDEBT since April 2023, Joana previously held positions as Team Leader at doValue from November 2018 to March 2023, and as Senior Legal Manager at Altamira Asset Management between September 2017 and October 2018. Prior experiences include working as Legal Manager at Oitante SA and Banco Internacional do Funchal, S.A. - Banif, where responsibilities encompassed litigation management and debt recovery processes. Joana commenced a career in legal training at IEFP, and holds a Licentiate degree in Law from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, along with a postgraduate degree in Labor Law from Faculdade de Direito de Lisboa.
