Jennifer Kumura is an experienced Product Design Manager at Servco Pacific Inc. since December 2020, with previous roles as Digital Product Designer and Supervisor. Currently, Jennifer serves as a Thought Partner at Piʻikū Co. and co-founded UXHI in July 2021. In December 2022, Jennifer was a co-speaker at the PMI Hawaii Chapter’s 2022 Professional Development Day discussing User Experience Design and Customer Journey Mapping. Jennifer co-founded Design x Us to enhance connection and diversity within the design community from January 2020 to October 2022. As Design Project Manager at Hawaii United Okinawa Association from June 2018 to September 2022, Jennifer focused on preserving culture using technology. Jennifer has held key teaching roles at General Assembly San Francisco, leading UX Design courses, and worked as a Senior Product Designer at Formation and Senior UX Interaction Designer at GE Digital. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Centered Design & Engineering from the University of Washington.
