James Braxton has a diverse work experience in the banking and customer service industry. James started as a Servicing Supervisor at The Money Source Inc. in 2016 and later held various roles including Corporate Trainer, SPOC Manager, and Call Center Manager. In 2020, they became Vice President of Customer at the same company. James also worked as a Training Specialist at Green Tree Servicing before joining Servbank as a Vice President Collections in 2023.
