With extensive experience in the industrial sector, Joshua has been with Extreme Shale Performance LLC since January 2014, focusing on manufacturing and distributing MRO items for industrial machinery, including mechanical, electrical, hydraulic components, and custom fabrication services. Prior roles include Oil & Gas Specialist at Motion Industries, where responsibilities included generating business within the Appalachian Basin, and Outside Sales at Bearings and Drives Unlimited, known for exemplary customer service training. Joshua's career began as Shop Foreman at Eastern Reservoir Services.
