Sonia Moreno Zamora serves as the Procurement Director at Serunion S.A. - Grupo Elior since October 2020, leading procurement strategies for the leading contract catering company in Spain. Previously, Sonia held the position of Senior Procurement Consultant at ICB Consulting, where strategic procurement advice was provided to enhance companies' efficiencies. Other roles included Senior Group Procurement Manager at Odeon Cinemas Group, managing a €440M spend across 14 European countries, and Procurement Manager for Continental Europe at CINESA, overseeing an annual spend of €250M.
